It began with two groups of Realtors namely the Singapore Realtors Inc & Team 5000 from two global Real Estate agencies who has been leaders in the local scene for years. Team 5000 was lead by Bruce Lye and Singapore Realtors Inc was lead by Benson Koh. The two of them met over working on a condominium sale in April 2010.
Through time, both of them realize that they share common goals, values and ideas on running their existing team. The team that they lead of 32 Realtors all come from different background and has different experience and fields of expertise in the Real Estate market which make sense for them to merge together and to be as one.
With much extensive planning to strengthen the new esprit de corps spirit and capabilities of their team members, Bruce and Benson rolled out several plans and worked on ideas to innovate the industry with their Information Technology edge and banked on the experiences from their core team members who are supportive of the merger.
On 8th of October 2010, Team SRI5000 was formed.
Team SRI5000 has relevant professional experience ranging from corporate leasing, regal home searches to even commercial fitting for investors and business operators.
